This is fairy simple. First, prepare your web development environment - you should have webserver ready (Apache or Nginx), PHP 8.x and MariaDB/MySQL.
Then simply download latest Hubleto release from https://www.hubleto.com/en/download, unzip it in your webserver document root and run php hubleto init.
You will be guided through Hubleto CLI interface to install Hubleto locally on your computer.
